السيرة الذاتية :

أ.د. جميل موسى ضباب الزيدي

استاذ مادة الكيماء التحليلية والتحليل الآلي اكثر من عشرون سنة لطلبة البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا من ماجستير ودكتوراه.

 

النشاطات العلمية :

 

1– عدت أطروحته للدكتوراه عملا ابداعياً  من وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي مع توجيه شكر وتقدير مع مكافأة مالية.

2- اشرف على اكثر من احدى عشر رسالة وأطروحة  لطلبة الماجستير والدكتوراه.

3- قام بنشر أكثر من ثلاثين بحثاً في المجلات المحلية والدولية في المجالات النفطية والبيئية والصيدلانية.

4- ساهم في مناقشة وتقييم أكثر من مئتين من الرسائل و الاطاريح والبحوث والترقيات العلمية. 

5- براءة اختراع واحدة

6- ساهم في عدد من المؤتمرات العلمية داخل وخارج العراق .

7- حصل على عدد من الجوائز المحلية والدولية.

8- عمل استشاري علمي في وزارة النفط لمدة أكثر من سنتين.

9- انجاز مشروعين بحثيين تطبيقين في وزارة النفط لحل بعض المشاكل المقترحة من وزارة النفط

10- ساهم بخطة عمل في تقييم البحث العلمي في مؤسسات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

 

نظام الجودة في المختبرات : 

 

1- عمل استشاريا علميا في مختبرات مركز البحوث والتطوير النفطي – وزارة النفط لتطبيق نظام الجودة  لعامي 2013-2014.

2- القى محاضرة مؤرشفة في الجامعة المستنصرية اقترح فيها تأسيس قسم اعتماد المختبرات في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ..وقد تم تنفيذه.

3- اشترك في دورة (الجودة في المؤسسات) – نورمبيرج- دولة المانيا.

4- اشترك في دورة (المواصفة 17025 وإعداد دليل الجودة والطرائق الاجرائية) في جهاز الاشراف والسيطرة النوعية.

5- اشترك في دورة (إعداد المدقق الداخلي لجودة المختبرات) – في الجامعة التكنولوجية.

6- أول من اقترح مختبر GLP  كأساس في تنظيم المختبرات التعليمية في وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي 

7- أنجز دورات تدريبية تمهيدية في نظام الجودة في المختبرات في عدد من الجامعات العراقية منها : الجامعة المستنصرية ٫ جامعة كركوك ٫ جامعة بغداد ٫معهد العقم- جامعة النهرين٫جامعة ذي قار ٫ جامعة سومر.الجامعة التكنولوجية, جامعة الفلوجة, الجامعة الوطنية للعلوم والتكنولوجيا في ذي قار, المعهد العالي- وزارة الداخلية- كلية الكتاب الجامعة /كركوك.

8- اجرى ندوة دولية في نظام ادارة المؤسسة التعليمية  ISO 21001:2018          

            Education organization management system (EOMS)

9- تأليف كتابين (الجزء الاول والجزء الثاني) في مجال نظام إدارة جودة .

10- عضو الجمعية العراقية لنظم الجودة بإشراف وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

 

 اللجان الوزارية :

 

1- عضو اللجنة الوزارية التي (تتولى وضع الضبط  الاجرائي لتاهيل المختبر العلمي في عموم المؤسسات التعليمية التابعة لوزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي على وفق متطلبات الايزو 17025) 2014

2-عضو لجنة وزارية (تتضمن تشكيل فريق عمل لوضع برنامج تاهيل للمختبرات التعليمية ((GLP والمختبرات الطبية (GGLP).2015

3- أمر وزاري(رئيس فريق عمل مختبرات العلوم الصرفة لعموم مؤسسات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي) 2015

4- امر وزاري ( تشكيل لجنة متابعة تقييم الجامعات لتطبيق ممارسة المختبر الجيد) 2017
