About The Division
The Quality Assurance and University Performance Division was established at Al-Nukhba University to promote a culture of comprehensive quality in all academic and administrative processes. The division works to apply local and international accreditation standards and monitor the performance of colleges and departments to ensure the highest levels of academic and institutional excellence. It also seeks to spread awareness of the importance of quality and continuous performance evaluation in line with global developments in the field of higher education.

In our division, we are committed to promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement through developing policies and procedures, and evaluating academic and administrative performance according to the highest standards. We work in collaboration with all university units to ensure outstanding educational outcomes that meet the aspirations of students, society, and the labor market.
1. Applying Quality Standards: Working to implement institutional and programmatic accreditation requirements according to the standards of the Ministry of Higher Education and accredited bodies.
2. Institutional Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of colleges and administrative departments periodically and submitting objective reports to improve performance.
3. Spreading Quality Culture: Organizing workshops and awareness seminars to disseminate concepts of quality and academic accreditation among students, teaching staff, and administrative personnel.
4. Continuous Development and Improvement: Proposing development plans to improve academic programs and university services based on self-evaluation results and feedback.
5. Alignment with International Standards: Keeping pace with the latest global practices in the field of quality assurance and university performance, and implementing what is suitable within the university environment.
6. Enhancing Accountability and Transparency: Establishing principles of transparency and accountability in all academic and administrative processes to ensure institutional integrity and credibility.
The Quality Assurance Division is responsible for the following tasks
Educational Supervision Program
The division supervises an educational program for faculty and staff, covering teaching methods, faculty development, language instruction, and integrating technology for effective teaching.
Quality Assurance Guidelines
Utilizing programs, materials, surveys, and regulations to ensure quality standards are met. This approach forms the foundation of our commitment to excellence.
Faculty Performance Evaluation
These annual evaluations use carefully designed assessment forms to accurately measure and enhance teaching performance, ensuring continuous improvement in faculty development.
Periodic Review of Faculty Portfolios
The periodic review of the “Faculty Portfolio” includes an assessment report on readiness, covering the instructor’s activities, achievements, guidance, and personal and academic information.
Ministerial Quality Meetings
Attending periodic meetings of the Central Quality Assurance Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and receiving relevant instructions.
Enhancing Global Excellence Standards
Maintaining the highest academic standards, enhancing teaching efficiency, and ensuring high scientific expertise, driving the university toward global excellence.
