About The Department
The Department of Law at Al-Nukhba University is one of the fundamental and distinguished departments within the College of Law, aiming to graduate scientifically and practically qualified legal professionals capable of working in various legal and judicial fields, such as advocacy, judiciary, public prosecution, legislation, legal consulting, and contracts. The department focuses on providing students with theoretical knowledge and advanced practical skills in the fields of civil law, criminal law, administrative law, commercial law, international law, and human rights, under the supervision of an experienced and specialized teaching staff in both academic and professional fields.

To provide distinguished legal education that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, enhance legal scientific research, and serve the community, in order to graduate qualified legal professionals capable of competing locally and globally, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and professional and judicial ethics.
1. Preparing Distinguished Legal Professionals: Providing an integrated academic program that covers all aspects of legal sciences, and equipping graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to work in advocacy, judiciary, public prosecution, legislation, and legal consulting.
2. Developing Practical Legal Skills: Providing students with advanced practical experience through moot courts, real case studies, and field training in courts and legal institutions.
3. Enhancing Legal Scientific Research: Encouraging faculty members and students to conduct innovative legal research that contributes to developing legislation and solving contemporary legal issues.
4. Community Service: Contributing to providing free legal consultations to those in need, and raising legal awareness in society regarding rights and duties.
5. Partnership with Legal and Judicial Institutions: Building a strong cooperation network with courts, the Bar Association, the Ministry of Justice, and legal institutions to provide distinguished training and employment opportunities for graduates.
